Halaas Financial Group LLC (DBA Mortgage Armour) is an independent life insurance agency. We are not an insurance company and we do not underwrite, issue, or guarantee any insurance policy. We help homeowners compare and apply for life insurance coverage that can pay off a mortgage balance or provide financial assistance to their family in the event of death, serious illness, or disability. All policies are underwritten and issued by third-party licensed insurance carriers.

2. Services Provided
Mortgage Armour provides life insurance quoting, consultation, and application services to homeowners. Our services include reviewing your coverage needs, presenting options from licensed insurance carriers, and assisting you with the application process.
We do not provide loans, mortgages, refinancing, lending, debt consolidation, or credit services of any kind, and we do not market such products.
Quotes are estimates only. Final rates, terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier following underwriting. No coverage is in force until a policy is issued and the first premium is paid.
3. Licensing
Halaas Financial Group LLC and its agents are licensed to sell life insurance in all United States jurisdictions except the State of New York. Product availability, features, and rates vary by state and are subject to state insurance regulations. Licensing information is available upon request.
4. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
● You are at least 18 years of age.
● You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
● You are a resident of a state in which we are licensed to do business.
● The information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
● You are the authorized user of any phone number or email address you provide.
5. Communications Consent
Telephone calls. By submitting your telephone number through our quote request form, you agree that Halaas Financial Group LLC (DBA Mortgage Armour) and its licensed agents may contact you at that number regarding the quote you requested, including by automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent to receive calls is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may request to be added to our internal do-not-call list at any time by calling 1-480-800-7296 or emailing info@mortgagearmour.com. Standard call rates may apply.
Text messages (SMS). Text message consent is separate from these Terms and from our Privacy Policy, and is collected through a distinct, unchecked opt-in on our quote request form. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing any product or service. If you opt in, you may receive messages regarding appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up from a licensed agent about the quote you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages are sent only by Halaas Financial Group LLC (DBA Mortgage Armour). We do not send messages on behalf of affiliates, partners, or other businesses, and we do not permit any third party to contact you using consent you provided to us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

14. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, or at another mutually agreed location, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You and Halaas Financial Group LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to info@mortgagearmour.com or to Halaas Financial Group LLC, 5103 E Tanglewood Cir, Cave Creek, AZ 85331 within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms or your use of our services.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and arbitration — shall survive.
16. Severability
